ON SALE ($27 $18) through June 8 at midnight (PDT).

With nine efficient and powerful drills to choose from, you’ll be able to design a drill set that improves mobility to help you manage the load of training as well as boost performance capacity and consistency.

A gymnast’s (and almost any other athlete's) hands, fingers and wrists are critical to their performance. We need them to maintain balance, to hold onto and regrasp the beam, bar, rings or pommels, and to generate power. Skill and routine consistency depend on them, but typically not enough is done to fully prepare the fingers, hands or wrists for the demands of the sport.

This guide fills in the gaps that the typical warm-up doesn’t address in order to:

  • Build more mobility in the hands and wrists to facilitate greater capacity from the muscles around them (all the way up to the shoulder)
  • Develop greater proprioceptive awareness of these critical joints to enable more consistency, strength and control in skills
  • Relieve tension before, during and after practice

It's your go-to resource to help with everyday stiffness, lack of mobility, and to give you high-performing hands.

While you may experience pain relief, this isn't a guide to resolve or treat wrist injuries.
