Why the eyes?
Vision is at the top of the movement hierarchy
, not our muscles and joints. It’s why it’s one of the first things I assess with every athlete I work with but it’s one of the most overlooked drivers behind great movement.

In this course, you’ll experience first-hand how tightly vision is tied to movement and muscle tone, and why a deficiency in visual skills could be behind a range of motion, speed or coordination problem. Or contributing to a mental block.
